1. The Referral Program is valid only for Indian residents.

2. The referrer must have an active Millions account to participate in the Referral Program.

3. The referee must sign up using the referrer's unique referral link. Referral attribution is captured only during onboarding and cannot be modified thereafter.

4. Once a referee successfully opens a Millions account using a valid referral link, meets the eligibility criteria, the referrer becomes eligible to earn referral rewards in accordance with the Referral Program.

5. Referral rewards shall be determined solely by Millions based on the applicable Referral Program policy. Millions reserves the right to determine eligibility, validate referrals, calculate rewards, and revise the reward methodology from time to time.

6. Referral earnings & Referral scheme valid for the user will be reflected in the Referrer's Rewards section on the Millions platform.

7. Referral rewards will be transferred to the user's ledger & can then be withdrawn once they accumulate to ₹ 100 or more.

8. Upon withdrawal, the eligible reward amount will be credited to the referrer's registered bank account, subject to applicable taxes, including TDS, wherever applicable.

9. If a client is already registered with Millions before using a referral link or referral code, the referral shall not be considered eligible for any reward.

10. Referral links shared through Millions are applicable only to the respective product for which they are generated. Eg: The Indian Markets referral link is valid only for Indian Markets. Other products or markets offered by Millions may have separate referral programs, and referrals or rewards under one program will not be considered or carried forward to another.

11. Self-referrals are not permitted. Individual clients cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to claim referral benefits.

12. Individual clients cannot refer to their own or another non-individual account (such as HUF, Corporate, Partnership/LLP, or Trust) using the same contact details.

13. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other individual.

14. Referrers cannot act as official representatives of Millions.They are prohibited from:

• Entering into contracts or agreements on behalf of Millions.
• Publishing marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional content claiming affiliation with Millions without prior written permission.
• Engaging in any marketing activities that require Exchange or regulatory approval without explicit consent from Millions.

15. Participants confirm that they have read and understood NSE Circular NSE/INSP/43029 (December 26, 2019) and NSE/INSP/43824 (March 11, 2020).

16. Any disputes regarding this program cannot be raised before Exchange's's Investor Grievance Panel and must be resolved directly with Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions)

17. Both the participants and Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions) are bound by all applicable rules, regulations, and compliance requirements set by SEBI, NSE, and other statutory authorities.

18. Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

19. The decision of Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions) shall be final and binding on all matters related to this program. Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions) may at its sole discretion may hold or deny payment of referral amounts to any referrer without any intimation to the referror.

20. Participation is voluntary, and users acknowledge that no financial or investment advice is being provided by Raise Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Millions).
