1. This offer is valid only for Indian residents.

2. Under the Millions Referral Program, the referrer earns 20% of the brokerage generated by the referee. In addition, the referrer will receive a one-time reward of ₹100 for every successful referral where the referee completes account opening through Millions and fulfils the applicable eligibility criteria.

3. The referrer must have an active account with the Company to be eligible for referral rewards.

4. Once an account is opened using a valid referral link or referral code, the referrer becomes eligible to earn 20% brokerage sharing on all trades executed by the referee, irrespective of when the trades are made. There is no time limit for account activation.

5. To be eligible for the additional ₹100 referral reward, the referee must:

• Complete account opening through Millions using the referrer's valid referral link or referral code.
• Be eligible as per Millions' internal policies.

6. The referrer can earn the ₹100 referral reward for up to 25 successful referrals per month.

7. Referral earnings, including brokerage sharing and eligible ₹100 referral rewards, will be visible on the platform.

8. Referral earnings cannot be withdrawn directly. They can be added to the user's trading fund balance and can be withdrawn later, if required, similar to regular funds.

9. If a user is already registered and later wants to get mapped to another user as their referee, the referrer will not receive any referral rewards.

10. Individual clients cannot refer their own or another non-individual account (e.g. HUF, Corporate, Partnership/LLP, Trust) using the same contact details as their own account.

11. Referral rewards will be credited only if the referee signs up using the correct referral link or referral code at the time of account opening and opens the account on Millions.

12. Brokerage sharing earned through referrals will be credited as per the existing referral payout cycle. The additional ₹100 referral reward will be credited within 1–3 business days after all applicable eligibility conditions have been fulfilled.

13. Referral rewards cannot be transferred to any third party, including family members, friends or any other person.

14. Referral rewards must be withdrawn before March 31 of every financial year. If eligible referral earnings remain unwithdrawn, the Company may automatically credit the eligible amount to the user's registered bank account before the applicable deadline or lapse them if relevant conditions are not met.

17. Publishing marketing materials, advertisements or promotional content claiming affiliation with the Company without prior written permission.

18. Engaging in any marketing activities that require Exchange or regulatory approval without explicit consent from the Company.

19. Participants confirm that they have read and understood the applicable NSE Circulars governing referral programs, including NSE Circular NSE/INSP/43029 (December 26, 2019) and NSE/INSP/43824 (March 11, 2020).

20. Any disputes regarding this Referral Program cannot be raised before the Exchange's Investor Grievance Panel and must be resolved directly with the Company in accordance with the applicable NSE guidelines.

21. Both the participants and the Company are bound by all applicable rules, regulations and compliance requirements prescribed by SEBI, NSE and other statutory authorities.

22. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

23. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, deny or reverse referral rewards in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse of the Referral Program or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

24. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Referral Program.

25. Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary. Participants acknowledge that no financial or investment advice is being provided by the Company through this program.
