Advani Hotels net profit falls 10% in FY26 to ₹23.9 crore on occupancy dip

Net profit fell 10% YoY to ₹23.9 crore due to occupancy dropping to 73.4%. Revenue remained stable at ₹110.2 crore with TRevPOR growing 6.9%. Company remains debt-free with cash reserves rising to ₹58.9 crore. Dividend payout maintained at 70% of net profit totaling ₹16.6 crore.

Advani Hotels & Resorts posted Q1FY27 total income of ₹2,205.03 lakhs, up 5.5% YoY, driven by occupancy rising to 76.3%. However, PAT dropped 41% to ₹138.63 lakhs as EBITDA margins contracted to 12.1% due to higher diesel costs and maintenance spend. The debt-free company announced plans to expand capacity by up to 56 keys and upgraded asset valuations to ₹982.0 crore.
