Subsidiary Dwellcons Pvt Ltd signed a hotel operating agreement with ITC Hotels on September 24, 2026. Luxury hotel under 'Mementos by ITC Hotels' brand to be built at World Villas, Chowk Mumbai 3.0. Projected annual revenue of ₹150 to ₹200 crore with 45% operating margin upon maturity. Hotel features 227 rooms including 44 suites on a 10-acre footprint within 90-acre World Villas.
