Dhanuka Infra Realty FY26 profit falls, appoints auditors
Dhanuka Infra Realty Limited reported a decline in consolidated net profit to ₹107.37 lakh for FY26 from ₹204.56 lakh in FY25, while revenue from operations fell to ₹296.14 lakh. Standalone net profit dropped significantly to ₹0.38 lakh. The Board approved the appointment of NMA & Associates as internal auditor and the re-appointment of M/s Mahendra Khandelwal & Co. as secretarial auditor for FY27. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
