High Court of Punjab and Haryana set aside GST show cause notice against Indogulf Cropsciences. Order squashes recovery demand of ₹6.93 crore plus ₹1.55 crore in interest. Company had voluntarily deposited ₹6.56 crore towards the disputed IGST liability. Department will refund the deposited amounts following the favorable court ruling.

Indogulf Cropsciences released the transcript of its Q1FY27 earnings call held on August 18, 2026. Consolidated revenue fell 11% YoY to ₹168.5 crore but rose 12% QoQ. Gross margins expanded to 28% from 22% YoY due to procurement discipline. EBITDA margins improved to 5.7% while PAT declined to ₹2.4 crore.
