Lahoti Overseas reported standalone net profit from continuing operations of ₹308.38 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to ₹160.58 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Standalone total revenue from operations stood at ₹8,840.41 lakhs, while consolidated net profit from continuing operations came in at ₹310.00 lakhs for the same period. The Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 10, 2026, also fixed September 22, 2026 as the record date for final dividend payment and scheduled the 31st AGM for September 29, 2026. The results were reviewed by P C Ghadiali and Co LLP, which found no material misstatements in the financial statements.
