SHPL also repaid an Inter-Corporate Deposit of ₹29,28,00,000 extended by the company under the Resolution Plan. Consequent to the transfer, SHPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Auto. The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction; neither purchaser is related to the promoter or promoter group.
