NDTV agrees to acquire GoodTimes channel business for up to ₹18 crore

New Delhi Television has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire the GoodTimes channel business from Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Limited, a joint venture of the company, for up to ₹18 crore structured as cash and TV advertising inventory. The deal is on a cash-free, debt-free basis and covers transfer of licenses, intellectual property rights, customer agreements, and goodwill. Completion is subject to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting approval and is expected within approximately three months.
