Unimech Aerospace completes first tranche of Saudi JV capital infusion
Unimech Aerospace invested SAR 15.30 million (₹39.36 crore) for a 51% stake in its Saudi joint venture. The JV aims to establish an advanced machining and remanufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Commercial production at the facility is targeted to commence by late March or early April 2027. Total planned equity capital for the JV is SAR 60 million, contributed in two equal tranches.
