Vijaya Diagnostic Centre acquires Arya Wellness Centre in Guwahati for ₹46.20 crore via slump sale. Target generated ~₹26 crore revenue in FY26 with ₹5.6 crore IND AS EBITDA. Over 85% of target's revenue comes from the B2C segment. Deal marks Vijaya's entry into the North-East India diagnostics market. Transaction expected to close within three months subject to conditions precedent.
