Peabody mine receives MSHA imminent danger order in Wyoming
MSHA issued an imminent danger order at Peabody's North Antelope Rochelle mine in Wyoming. Order was caused by risk of loose material falling onto the haul road. Miners were removed from the site on July 9. MSHA terminated the 107(A) order after removal of miners. No injuries were reported from the condition.
