Charter Communications accepted $84.4 million of Pool 1 notes and $60.7 million of Pool 2 notes after the early tender date. Post-early-tender acceptances represented only 0.8% of outstanding Pool 1 notes and 0.6% of Pool 2 notes. No additional TWC 4.500% debentures were accepted as the sub-cap of $614.4 million was fully reached during the early tender period. Final settlement is scheduled for August 24, 2026, with total exchanges reaching $2.75 billion across both pools.
