Halozyme Therapeutics priced an upsized $1.3 billion offering of 1.50% convertible senior notes due 2033. The deal size increased from the previously announced $1.05 billion with a 13-day over-allotment option. Net proceeds of approximately $1.275 billion will fund capped calls and repurchases of 2027 and 2028 notes. Initial conversion price of $139.84 per share represents a 27.5% premium to the Sept 17 closing price.
