Nutrien reported Q2 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $2.4 billion, with H1 total rising 6% YoY to $3.5 billion. Potash sales volume guidance was raised to 14.2-14.8 million tons; capex guidance lowered by $50 million. Share repurchases accelerated to $75 million per month in Q3, up from ~$50 million per month earlier in the year. Retail H1 adjusted EBITDA grew 4% YoY to $1.24 billion, driven by proprietary products despite lower fertilizer volumes. The company generated ~$1 billion from asset divestitures since late 2024 and is reviewing strategic alternatives for its phosphate business.
