Palvella Therapeutics received third-year FDA grant funding for its Phase 3 SELVA trial. The award supports the open-label extension study of QTORIN™ rapamycin. NDA submission completed in August 2026 with potential launch targeted for H1 2027. Trial met all six efficacy endpoints with statistical significance (p<0.001). Only seven of 51 applications were funded in FY24, with Palvella as the sole Phase 3 recipient.
