Transcontinental Realty Investors posted a Q2 2026 net loss of $1.1 million, reversing prior year profits despite a 5.7% rise in revenue to $12.9 million. Higher operating expenses from property lease-ups drove a widened net operating loss of $2.3 million. Multifamily occupancy remained strong at 93%, but commercial occupancy lagged at 58%.
