Uber plans to spend an estimated $12.9 billion on Delivery Hero and ezCater acquisitions. Pro forma 2027 bookings are projected to reach $341 billion, adding $66 billion to current levels. Pro forma EBITDA is estimated at $16.6 billion with a margin of around 19%. The deals are expected to increase Uber's revenue take-rate by more than 1 point. Uber settled a sexual assault lawsuit in Texas less than 48 hours after jury selection. Driver Victor Huynh Le was convicted in 2022 and sentenced to 11 years in prison.
