GACM Technologies enters exclusive ERP distribution deal with AIML Cloud

GACM Technologies signed an exclusive distribution MoU with AIML Cloud on September 24, 2026. The deal covers the FIRM TALK ERP product with a 24-month term. Minimum guaranteed sales are set at ₹15 crore over the contract period. Gross revenue from the product will be shared equally (50:50) between both parties. Intellectual property rights for FIRM TALK remain exclusively with GACM Technologies.
