Standalone revenue grew 14% YoY to ₹4,010.02 lakh for FY26. Net profit after tax rose 8.7% to ₹990.14 lakh. Consolidated revenue more than doubled to ₹8,201.34 lakh due to acquisitions. IPO raised ₹250.80 crore; ₹190.23 crore utilized by March 2026.
