Emvistegrast met primary endpoint with 66% clinical response vs 37% placebo at Week 12. Clinical remission rates reached 31% for the drug versus 8% for placebo. Adverse event rates were similar between treatment (36%) and placebo (37%) groups. Trial included patients naive to advanced therapies as well as those who failed prior regimens.
