Omvoh achieved 27.7% comprehensive disease control in UC patients vs 14% on placebo. Corticosteroid-free deep remission in Crohn's reached 20.4% vs 2% on placebo. Among patients with prior biologic failure, 23.4% of UC patients responded to Omvoh. Over 91% of responders reported improved quality of life and reduced bowel urgency. Lilly is testing Omvoh combinations with eltrekibart, zotemtegrast, and FXR agonists.
