  • The allotment of Mutual Fund units depends on a few things — the type of scheme, cut-off time, payment method, and when the AMC (fund house) receives the money. If you place an order before the cut-off time using UPI or net banking, units are usually allotted in 2–3 business days. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the next business day, which means the allotment may take a day longer. Once your units are allotted, you’ll get a notification from both the Mutual Fund AMC and millions. To track your order: Go to the Orders tab on the home page → Select the order → Tap on View Details. You’ll see the current status and all related details there.

  • Investing in Mutual Funds on millions is a straightforward process. On the app’s homepage, you’ll first choose whether you want to explore Stocks or Mutual Funds. If you select Mutual Funds, you’ll land on the Mutual Funds homepage where different categories are shown to help you find a fund that fits your investment goals. You can then browse the list of funds within any of these categories and choose the one you wish to invest in. Once you are on the fund's specific page, you can choose your investment method: SIP (Systematic Investment Plan): This allows you to invest a fixed amount at regular intervals, such as every month. If you choose a SIP, you will be prompted to set your preferred SIP date before confirming your investment. For example, if you set your SIP date to the 5th of every month, the investment amount will be processed from your account on or before the 5th of each month. Lumpsum(One Time Investment): This is a one-time investment of a larger amount. For example, you can invest ₹10,000 all at once, and you won't need to set a date for future recurring investments.

  • Once a Lumpsum or SIP order is placed, it cannot be canceled immediately. Orders are sent to the respective fund house for processing, which typically takes 2-3 business days for the units to be officially allotted to your account. However, you can cancel future SIP installments. To do this, go to My SIPs within the Mutual Funds section, select the specific fund you wish to cancel, and then choose the delete option to stop all upcoming installments for that SIP.

  • The minimum investment amount depends on the mutual fund you choose. Many funds let you begin with a very small amount. In fact, you can start a SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) with just ₹100 per month. This is a great way to begin your investing journey, as it helps you experience the power of compounding, where your returns start generating returns over time. To know the exact minimum amount for any fund, simply check its scheme page.

  • At Millions, we support only Direct Mutual Fund plans. This means your investments go directly to the fund house, without involving a distributor or broker. Why Direct Plans? Lower Expense Ratio: Direct plans don’t include distributor commissions, so the annual fee charged by the fund house is lower. Better Returns: Since more of your money stays invested in the fund, you can potentially earn up to 1% higher returns over the long term compared to regular plans. Zero Brokerage: At Millions, we offer all Direct Mutual Fund plans with absolutely no brokerage charges..

You can explore our curated categories to discover schemes that may align with your goals, but the final decision is yours. • Once you place an investment order, whether it’s Lumpsum or SIP, it gets processed separately. That’s why you can’t switch a Lumpsum order into a SIP later. If you want to start a SIP for the same fund, you’ll need to place a new order using the SIP option.

  • As per SEBI’s circular dated October 4, 2021, all mutual fund investments must be paid directly from the investor’s verified bank account. This rule was made to improve security and transparency in financial transactions. So, you cannot use your Millions balance for mutual fund payments, all payments must come directly from your linked bank account.
