  • A Mutual Fund order can fail mainly due to payment issues. Common reasons include: Payment not completed: You didn’t finish the payment in your UPI app. Try again. KYC not done: Your KYC is incomplete. Please finish it in the KYC section. Insufficient balance: Your linked bank account didn’t have enough money. If any amount was deducted, don’t worry it will be refunded to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

  • A rejected Mutual Fund order is a final decision from the AMC. The rejection reason is often related to a verification or documentation issue. You can check the exact rejection reason in the app or in the rejection email you received. Here are a few common reasons for rejection and how to address them: KYC Verification Pending: Your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is incomplete. Please visit the KYC section to complete it. Insufficient Bank Balance: Your linked bank account did not have enough funds to process the order. TPV Invalid: You may need to verify your bank account with the AMC. Please contact our support team for guidance on the required documentation. If any funds were deducted, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

This can happen due to reasons like: Entering an incorrect UPI PIN Issues at your bank’s end Rejection by the AMC (for example, invalid KYC or low balance) In such cases, your money will be credited back to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
