Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder as well. Here are some common reasons for rejection: Incorrect Date Range: Your bank statement may be rejected if it doesn’t show a complete 6-month period (at least 180 days of transactions). Missing Details: Your bank statement or salary slip may be rejected if it is missing key details like your name, account number, or company logo/stamp. Incomplete or Unclear Documents: If the document doesn’t clearly show the necessary information, it may be rejected. Make sure your documents are complete and meet all the requirements before resubmitting.

To activate F&O trading on your millions account, your equity segment must be active. If you are a resident individual with an Aadhaar-linked mobile number, you can activate F&O online via the millions app. Any one of the below documents will suffice as income proof: Bank Statement: A bank statement for the latest 6 months (180 completed days). The end date of the statement should not be older than 35 days. It must have a minimum balance of ₹10,000 on at least one of the days and clearly show the bank's logo or seal. Salary Slip: A salary slip from the past two months. It should clearly show your name, the company logo or seal, and a salary of ₹10,000 or more. Form 16: Your latest Form 16 with a stamp or seal. ITR Acknowledgement: Your latest ITR acknowledgement, with a total income of ₹1,20,000 or above. Holding Statement: A holding statement from the latest month with a minimum holding of ₹10,000 or more and a company logo.

You can upload your proof of income at two stages: During onboarding: While you are opening your millions account. After account activation: Once your account is fully activated across the exchange, in case you skipped submitting it during onboarding. In both cases, the process is designed to be quick and hassle-free to help you start F&O trading smoothly.

Activating your Futures & Options (F&O) segment is a straightforward process that is required by the market regulator, SEBI. To get started, follow these steps within the millions app: Tap on My Profile. Go to My Accounts. Under Account Details, select Segments. Here, you will find the option to activate the F&O segment. During this process, you will be required to submit a proof of income. This is a standard requirement to trade in this segment. You can typically use one of the following documents: Bank Statement: A bank statement for the latest 6 months (180 completed days). The end date of the statement should not be older than 35 days. It must have a minimum balance of ₹10,000 on at least one of the days and clearly show the bank's logo or seal. Salary Slip: A salary slip from the past two months.
