  • Opening an account with Millions takes less than 5 minutes. You will need your PAN number and Aadhaar number to proceed with the mandatory e-KYC process. Optional documents include your bank account number and IFSC (to verify your bank details if UPI PIN verification fails) and F&O income proof (if you plan to trade in Derivatives, Commodities, and Currencies). During the onboarding process, we will also capture a Live Photo of you (please ensure you are in a well-lit environment), your digital signature on the mobile or web screen, and verify your mobile number and email address.

  • No. As per regulations, you can only add funds using your own bank account. However, if you have a joint account with your spouse, we can accept it as long as you are the primary holder of that account.

  • Once you enter your PAN details, they cannot be changed. If you need to use a different PAN, you will have to open a new millions account using a new email and mobile number. If you want to change the email and mobile number associated with the current account, you can do so after your KYC is completed and the account is created.

  • We usually do not ask for a physical copy of your PAN card, but we do require your PAN number. After entering your PAN number, you will be prompted to complete a DigiLocker verification. Most individuals have their PAN card details stored in their DigiLocker, which allows us to fetch a copy with your consent. If we are unable to find your PAN card details in your DigiLocker, you will then be asked to upload a copy.

  • No, you will not be able to open an investment account with Millions if you do not have an Aadhaar Number. We retrieve your address details from DigiLocker, a government-backed entity, which requires authentication through your Aadhaar details. Furthermore, your Account Opening Form on millions is e-Signed using your Aadhaar details. Please ensure that a valid mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar to receive the OTP for verification.

  • As per SEBI regulations, a live verification of your photo is required. We use a third-party tool to assess your liveness in the selfie. If your face is partially or completely covered by a mask, beard, or sunglasses, the selfie capture may fail, and you will be required to retake the photo.

We strongly recommend against opening an account on behalf of someone else. Once you enter your PAN details, they cannot be changed.   • After merging with Axis Bank, the IFSC of your CITI Bank has most likely changed. The first four letters of CITI Bank's IFSC is CITI, whereas for Axis Bank, it is UTIB. We recommend that you contact your bank to get the updated IFSC details. You can then use the new IFSC to add your bank account on millions.

  • Editing your annual income is not permitted during the onboarding process. However, once your KYC is completed, you can change your annual income. Here’s a simple path to follow: Log in to your Millions account. Go to My Profile > My Account. Click on KYC Details. Click on Update KYC and select the correct income range. This process is completely online and takes 24-48 hours to update across all Exchanges and Depositories.

Our corporate headquarters are located in Mumbai, and the full address can be found in the footer of our website. Please note that for individual customers, the onboarding process is completely digital, and we do not accept physical documents. For non-individual customers, such as Corporate Accounts, LLP accounts, Trusts, or HUFs, the process is offline, and KYC documents must be couriered to our corporate headquarters.

If you have already added and had your bank account approved, you can edit or add new bank accounts under the Bank Details section of My Profile, once your Millions account is active. However, if the bank account details you provided belong to someone else, our team will promptly reject it, and you will be able to enter new bank details
