  • You can easily add a nominee to your millions account by following these steps: Log in to your millions account. Go to your Profile. Navigate to My Account. Select KYC Details and Fill in the required nominee details. Proceed to the eSign stage. Complete the eSign process by ticking the checkbox after reading the terms, entering your Aadhaar number, and verifying it with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Once the eSign is successfully completed, the nominee details will be updated across millions, Exchanges, and CDSL within 1-2 working days. Adding a nominee is a mandatory regulatory requirement for all investors. According to recent guidelines by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), a nominee must be declared as part of your Know Your Customer (KYC) details. If you plan to invest in mutual funds or other similar segments, you will not be allowed to proceed with your investment until a nominee is successfully registered on your account.

  • SEBI allows stockbrokers to accept up to 10 nominees for your account. You will also be able to specify the percentage of distribution for each nominee through millions. Please note that the sum of the distribution percentages must add up to 100%.

  • Yes, you can add a minor as a nominee. Once you enter the date of birth, our system will automatically detect if the person is a minor. If they are, you will be prompted to enter the details of a guardian. It is possible that a minor may not have a phone number or email address, so in this case, you can enter the guardian’s email and phone number. Please note that the guardian's age cannot be below 18 years.

  • No, you do not need to upload any documents for yourself as the account holder during the nomination process. However, you will need to provide the details of the person you are nominating. Nomination is confirmed by the information you, as the account holder, provide. It is important to ensure all the details you enter for the nominee are accurate and correct.

  • We allow offline nomination modification only. If you feel you want to add, delete or modify any existing nominee details, you can visit the “My Account” section and click on “Update Account Nominations” under the KYC Details . The steps to modify your nomination will be listed.
