  • Once you complete the last step of the eSign process, where you enter your Aadhaar number and the OTP, we will send the eSigned Nomination Form to your registered email address with millions. This is your official record that your nomination has been successfully registered with us, as well as with the exchanges and depository. In case there is any issue processing your nomination, we will reach out to you via your registered email or mobile.

  • As per exchange regulations, only registered and active clients of a stockbroking platform can view live data from the exchanges. To see real-time data on millions, you must be a fully registered client. When you begin the account opening process with millions, you are not considered a client until your account is created, which involves KYC verification, signing the Account Opening Form, and your registration with the Stock Exchanges. Until your account is successfully registered with the exchanges, the stock prices you see on the millions app or website will be delayed. Once your account is fully registered, all information will be shown in real-time. This process usually takes 24 - 48 hours after all your documents have been submitted and approved.

  • We allow up to 2 requests for changing your mobile number and/or email address within a 30-day period. If you have already made 2 such requests, you will need to wait 30 days from the date of your first request to raise a new one. Example: If you placed your first mobile/email update request on 7th April and a second one on 10th April, you will only be able to raise your next request after 8th May (30 days from the first request).

  • You’re being asked to repeat the eSign process because the previous eSign attempt was not completed successfully. This can happen due to a few common reasons: Possible Reasons: IPV (In-Person Verification) wasn’t successful: This may happen if you didn’t enter the correct OTP, camera access was denied, or you didn’t say the OTP clearly while recording the video. eSign failed after IPV: Even if IPV is successful, eSign can fail if you entered someone else’s Aadhaar number. What to do: If you have followed the steps properly and are still seeing the eSign prompt again, feel free to contact us via chat or email us at help@millionshq.com with a screenshot or connect with our customer support . We’ll look into it and assist you right away!
